  • Pickup waiting: 20 min free. Over 20 min and up to 60 min: THB 200 extra. After 60 min: THB 100 per further 20 min or part.
  • Requested stops: 10 min free in total per one-way journey, shared across all stops. Extra time: THB 100 per 20 min or part.
When does pickup waiting start?

Pickup waiting starts only when both the agreed pickup time has arrived and the vehicle is ready at the agreed meeting point. For airport arrivals, we agree the pickup time using your actual flight arrival and time to collect bags. Time before the flight lands and delays caused by our driver or traffic are not charged as customer waiting or stop time.
